Meet Courtnay Paige

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and the eldest of four siblings, Courtnay spent the greater part of her youth travelling and learning from other cultures. These experiences helped form and shape the strong character and integrity she brings with her to every deal and personal interaction she is involved with to this day. Eventually she found a permanent home in Victoria in 2012 where she remains grateful and proud to reside with her daughter, Gabriella,  and several members of her immediate family.

Courtnay’s vast involvement in the Hotel & Restaurant industry has instilled an amazing set of people skills, and her empathy for clients’ needs is second to none. She truly is passionate about providing world-class service, and is dedicated to ensuring that her clients’ needs are always looked after!

She began her career in Real Estate by working her way from the ground up;  learning the ropes as an Administrative Assistant with a top producing team in Victoria BC before becoming a Licensed Advisor herself., then co-founding a team herself.  These accomplishments provided Courtnay with a distinct set of talents enabling her to execute all aspects of any real estate transaction.
